The Good Relations Ministry’s (GRM) mission is to monitor the wellbeing of the congregation; ensure the “Covenant of Good Relations” is affirmed, or reviewed and revised, depending on the will of the Congregation at its Annual Meeting; mediate conflicts using compassionate, non-judgmental, restorative language and strategies; develop a tool for the evaluation of Live Oak’s “Shared Ministry” and the Minister at regular intervals to be determined jointly by the Board President, GRM Chair(s), and Chair of the Ministerial Committee with input from the Minister.
