Ministries Evaluation Process
To meet the May 15th deadline for congregational evaluation of ministries as well as performance reviews of the minister and staff, the C Team will oversee a process of evaluation during the month of April. Supervisors of paid staff will use job descriptions to develop evaluation tools, and the minister, ministries, and congregation as a whole will engage in a collaborative process to develop a “shared ministry” evaluation tool. It is a time for us to reflect on areas of strength and growth and to recalibrate in anticipation of turn of the fiscal year.
