The Caring Network connects congregants in need with congregants who can provide support. Live Oak UU Congregation's Pastoral Care Ministry invites you to complete this form to indicate your willingness to provide short-term support. This form does not obligate you, but puts you on a call list when a need arises. There are many simple and practical ways we can support each other. Indicate any and all of the tasks you are willing and able to do.
