Winter Contemplative Service
Our worship ministry provides this contemplative Vespers service as we anticipate the darkest night of the year. Megan Moyer and Drew Carter lead us in reflection, sharing, and a labyrinth walk in this calming, candlelit service.
Deck the Hall Potluck ~ Multigenerational Event ~ Sanctuary
This is our greening the Sanctuary and Craft & Games in Fellowship Hall Pot Luck. Bring a dish to share. We’ll start at 5:30 pm. Listen to carols, decorate the tree, holiday crafting… You name it. Come get in the spirit this Advent Season.
Mythic Stories Seminar ~ Sanctuary

Winter Solstice & Wassail ~ Outdoor Sanctuary
We’ll meet at 6:30 pm for our intergenerational Winter Solstice Fire and Wassail gathering. Bring instruments and stories to tell on this darkest night of the year. We’ll have mulled wine, hot cocoa, s’mores, songs and stories.

Co-sponsored by Live Oak and the Humanist Society of SB, Deepa Willingham, 2018 UNA Peace Prize recipient, is the featured speaker at this event, starting at 3pm. Set up begins at 2:30 pm
